Scratch-resistant glasses for yachts and cruise ships Marine
Premium drinkware for private yachts, cruise ships and ferries. Made for decks that move, and to keep its look season after season.
Trusted by industry leaders at sea.

At sea, everything moves. The glassware shouldn’t be the thing you worry about.
Traditional glass and moving vessels are a difficult combination. Prime sets the aft deck, the salon and the sun deck with the clarity guests expect, and none of the risk crews know too well.
- Scratches show at seaSalt, sand, constant handling and daily wash cycles quickly leave ordinary plastic glasses scratched and dull. On board, guests notice.
- A design that hides wearPrime’s fine stripe design makes everyday marks far less visible, so the glasses keep a clean, clear look for longer.
- Restocking is hard at seaStorage is tight and resupply in remote ports is slow. Glasses that stay presentable and don’t break stay in service longer.

- Private yachtsGuest service on every deck, under way and at anchor.
- Cruise shipsPool decks, lido bars and high-volume dining.
- FerriesLounges and bars that stay safe in a swell.

Questions from crews and owners.
Do Prime glasses scratch?
Like any glassware, Prime shows wear with use. The difference is how visible that wear is: the fine stripe design makes everyday marks much harder to see, so the glasses keep their look far longer than plain plastic glasses.
Why does the stripe design help?
A smooth, plain surface shows every mark. The fine vertical stripes break up the light, so small scratches blend into the pattern instead of standing out. It is a matter of optics, not a harder material.
How do the glasses look after many wash cycles?
In internal and external tests under ideal conditions, Prime withstood 1,000 commercial dishwasher cycles without visible change.
How should we care for the glasses on board?
Wash at 60–71 °C with standard commercial detergents and let the glasses air-dry before storing or stacking. Avoid rough sponges and harsh brushes. If sunscreen or citrus oil gets on a glass, simply wipe it off right away, independent of the regular wash.
What happens on a moving deck?
Prime is shatterproof and virtually unbreakable, so a glass that tips over in a swell does not end in shards on deck.
Can we add the yacht’s name or crest?
Yes. Prints are available from 500 pieces on eligible glasses, and any glass in a colour of your choice from 1,000 pieces. Ask about your vessel’s mark.
