Are samples free?

Yes, for qualified business inquiries samples are free of charge. Tell us where you serve and which pieces you are interested in.

What should I include in my inquiry?

Your venue, vessel or cabin, the glasses you are interested in, rough quantities and where they will be used. That lets us recommend the right pieces and send matching samples.

Is there a minimum order?

Order quantities are agreed individually. For custom branding, prints and calibration marks start at 500 pieces and custom colours at 1,000 pieces.

Do you supply other tableware?

Yes. Beyond FINO, Neo Cross Continental sources glassware, kitchenware and cutlery for hospitality on request.
