Do Prime glasses look like plastic?
No. Prime is made from Tritan™ Renew, which has the clarity and brilliance of traditional glass. Each piece is balanced to feel substantial in the hand, never feather-light like ordinary plastic. The best way to judge is to hold one: request samples.
Are Prime glasses dishwasher safe in commercial machines?
Yes. Prime is made for commercial dishwashers. In internal and external tests under ideal conditions, the glasses withstood 1,000 wash cycles without visible change. We recommend washing at 60–71 °C with standard commercial detergents.
What are Prime glasses made of?
Tritan™ Renew by Eastman, a BPA-free copolyester produced with certified recycled content through molecular recycling. It is recyclable and suitable for hot drinks up to 80 °C.
Do Prime glasses scratch?
Like all glassware, Prime shows wear with use. The fine stripe design makes everyday marks far less visible, so the glasses keep their look for longer. More on scratch resistance and care.
Can we add our logo?
Yes. Prints in one or several colours and calibration marks are available from 500 pieces on eligible glasses, and any glass in the colour of your choice from 1,000 pieces. Ask about a custom collection.
How does Prime compare to glass on cost?
Glass is cheaper to buy, but it breaks: every broken glass is swept up, replaced and sometimes means a closed area. Prime stays in service longer, which means fewer replacements and lower cost over time.
